- A 3D tomography scan (taken at an external imaging centre) and digital impressions are combined at the clinic
- Implant position and angle are planned in software
- A custom surgical guide transfers the plan to the mouth
- The implant is placed through the guide

No. We decide together whether to use a guide based on your bone and the case.
